Our strategy

The group aims to strengthen its position as a specialist in the ERP business in the following ways: External growth that brings new business solutions and reinforces technical skills. A diversification of the product (PRO-ST, My Company, ...) to ensure the group's presence on broader market segments. The extension of the indirect method of distribution, including through the International Development Group.

Financial comments

With over 27 years of experience shows through its SILOG numbers the strength of its self-financing structure. The group has in fact reached in 2010 a total turnover of 4.2 M € (92.7% margin on activity and 79.2% of value added). The company has a net annual average of 8.74% over the past 6 years, much of which is reinvested in the structure, causing a steady increase in equity. As a result, working capital comfortable, well above the required (BFR), provides funding for development projects of the company. The group has contracted any debt. The financial health of the group SILOG is confirmed by financial institutions (G3 quotation by the Bank of France, which corresponds to a strong ability of the company to meet its financial commitments).
The group's activities
The group focuses SILOG 97% of its activity on the sale of its licenses, the benefits of implementation of its solutions and support services to customers. The group has particular over a third of its turnover on support services, with a steady increase (+7.1% / year over 7 years), which shows the growth in the number of clients.
